Job Description
The primary reason for this role is to maximise sales through our Edinburgh oval facility, after training, on match days and for club events. Duties will include;
- Recruiting a team of staff, discounted and free fees used as an incentive
- Managing a roster of club staff ensuring a person is on when needed
- Managing stock, including emailing orders to suppliers and doing supermarket runs when needed
- Doing some shifts yourself
- Managing and training staff on procedures
- Ensuring the facility is run inline with the permissions from the university and LRG
Requirements
- Very well organised
- Easy to deal with
- Problem solver
- RSA or willing to get one
- ABilty to get police clearance.
Benefits
The role has traditionally come with free fees, but depending on how many shifts you do yourself, payment can be discussed. We would be very interested in a candidate who puts forward a mutually beneficial business plan to significantly grow sales and pay themselves a wage.
